  • Blood spots
  • Broken capillaries and red thread veins
  • Milia (milk spots)
  • Sebaceous cysts & hyperplasia
  • Seborrhoeic keratosis
  • Filiform warts and common warts

  • Syringoma
  • Xanthoma
  • Large blackheads
  • Hairs growing from moles (with GP or dermatologist approval)

Your Journey to Clear Skin

Consultation: Every journey begins with a 15-minute expert consultation so we can assess your skin, check for any contraindications and review any medication you may be taking. In some cases, we may ask for photographs in advance.

Safety First: For mole reductions or treating hairs in moles, we require written confirmation from your GP, dermatologist that the mole is benign before any treatment can take place. This can be provided as a letter or screenshot of your NHS App confirmation.

(You should explain to your GP that you are looking to have you moles reduced with some electrolysis and that they need to be checked & confirmed to be benign prior to treatment.  Alternatively, you can use Map My Mole – available at extra cost from Beauty Be Mine –  once your report is back we can book your mole reduction appointment. )

What to Expect: Most treatments take between 15 and 30 minutes. Many blemishes disappear immediately, while others form a small scab that naturally sheds over the following days. Your therapist will provide full aftercare advice to support healing and achieve the best possible results.

Follow‑Up: Some conditions, such as warts and verrucae, may need follow‑up sessions. Your therapist will advise on the expected number of treatments during your consultation.

FAQS

Here are the most common questions clients have about Advanced Cosmetic Procedures, simplified from our clinical guidelines to help you feel prepared for your visit.

Your 15-minute consultation is a chance for our therapists to assess your skin and check for any contra-indications or medications that might affect the treatment. We may request photos of the area before you book your appointment. If you decide to go ahead with the treatment during that same visit, your £15 consultation fee will be deducted from the total cost.

Yes. For your safety, we require a report of approval and a consent letter from a GP, Dermatologist, or the ‘Map My Mole’ service before treating any mole or hairs within a mole. This report must confirm the mole is benign and should be sent to us via email, text, or screenshot prior to booking your appointment..

Many conditions, such as smaller blood spots or skin tags, often disappear immediately at the time of treatment. For other concerns like mole reductions, the first session can reduce the size by up to three-quarters, though a follow-up “re-treat” session may be needed to smooth the skin completely flat.

Most procedures, such as treating Sebaceous Hyperplasia, involve minimal downtime, allowing you to carry on with your daily activities straight away. Some treatments cause the blemish to scab over and naturally fall away over the course of a couple of weeks

This depends on the condition:

Skin Tags & Milia: Often resolved in a single 15 or 30-minute session.

Broken Capillaries: We recommend a course of treatments to allow for skin healing and prevent hyper-pigmentation.

Warts & Verrucas: These are assessed after 6 weeks to 3 months to see if follow-up care is required.
